SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK Customers:


For all UK orders, we now offer tracked delivery. Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before noon GMT.


FREE Delivery on UK Orders Over £40 (2-3 business days from dispatch). Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery (3-4 business days from dispatch) £3.99. The Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery service is available on all orders that are eligible for free delivery.


European Customers:


Please be aware that delays in customs clearance of packages may result. Tracked delivery for all orders placed in Europe is provided.


Please be aware that Xellent Skin cannot control the length of time it takes to process customs paperwork in your country.


Rest of the World:


Please be aware that Xellent Skin cannot control the length of time it takes to process customs paperwork in your country.


Your order will not be subject to any additional taxes or customs charges from Xellent Skin. Taxes, tariffs, and other costs incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Returns:


Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need the receipt or confirmation of the purchase.


To begin a return, please contact us at contact@xellentskin.com. Please ensure we are contacted in the first instance to expedite your request. Unless the product is damaged or sent incorrectly, Xellent Skin will not cover return shipping costs.

Damages:


Please inspect the item upon receiving and contact us immediately with photos if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong item so that we can investigate and rectify the situation.


Non-Refundable:


We regret that we are unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

 

Exchanges:


Returning the item you already own and then making a separate purchase for the new one once the return is accepted is the quickest way to getting your product.

 

Refunds:


Once we have received and examined your return, we will inform you whether or not the refund was approved. You will receive a refund to your original payment method if your application is accepted. Please keep in mind that the refund may not arrive immediately from your credit card or bank.
